Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Rakaz Al Joudah General Contracting (RJGC) provides a clear policy for purchased goods. Rental services are not covered by this page.

Scope

  • This policy applies to purchases made on our website or via our sales team.
  • Rental/lease agreements are governed by separate terms.

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns after delivery.
  • No cash refunds after delivery except where required by applicable law.

Replacements

  • You may request a replacement with a similar product of equal value within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Dead-on-Arrival (DOA)

  • If the product arrives damaged or not functioning, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will inspect and provide repair or replacement according to warranty terms.

Fees & Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer covers transport costs for replacement requests not due to DOA or our error.
  • Rakaz Al Joudah General Contracting (RJGC) covers transport for confirmed DOA or incorrect item shipped.

How to Request

  1. Contact us within the stated time window.
  2. Provide order number, photos, and a brief description.
  3. Wait for an authorization number (RMA) and instructions.

Processing time after receiving the item: typically 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

  • Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for replacement.
  • Items showing misuse, modification, or missing parts are not eligible.
