1) Acceptance

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order (rental or purchase), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind the company you represent. You warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3) Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, suspected fraud, or risk to the Site or others.

4) Website Content

All content (texts, images, logos, product data, manuals) is owned by RJC or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or scrape content without written permission.

5) Orders, Quotes & Pricing

• Prices, specifications, availability, and promotions may change without notice.
• A website quote is not a binding contract. A binding commitment arises only upon our written order confirmation or signed agreement.
• We may reject or cancel an order/booking (e.g., availability, pricing error, credit or compliance issues). If payment was collected, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

6) Rentals (Key Terms)

• Start & End:
  • If you arrange transport: hire starts when equipment leaves our yard and ends when returned and checked in (Sat–Thu, 07:00–18:00).
  • If we arrange transport: hire starts on arrival at your site and ends upon receipt at our yard.
• Minimum hours: Daily 10h, Weekly 60h, Monthly 260h; extra hours charged pro-rata.
• Client responsibilities: Certified operator, PPE, safe site conditions, permits/access, fuel, daily checks, routine care, protection from theft/vandalism/weather.
• Damage & loss: You are liable for loss, damage, misuse, punctures, abnormal wear, and consumables.
• Breakdowns: Notify us immediately; misuse or operator error is chargeable.
• Insurance: Maintain “all-risk” coverage for equipment and third parties throughout hire.
• Off-hire: Email off-hire notice before 18:00 (Sat–Thu). Charges continue until collected/returned and off-hire confirmed.
• Branding: Do not remove or obscure RJC labels/IDs.
• Transport: If you transport, use licensed drivers and roadworthy vehicles.

7) Sales (Key Terms)

• Title passes only upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
• Unless expressly stated, items are sold “as-is” with manufacturer warranties (if any).
• Returns require prior written approval and may be subject to inspection and fees.

8) Delivery & Risk

Delivery dates are estimates. Risk transfers on delivery (sales) or on hand-over at site/yard (rental). You must provide safe access and unloading facilities.

9) Payment, Taxes & Invoices

• Payments are due as per the invoice/contract terms. Late payments may incur service suspension and legal recovery while charges continue.
• Prices exclude VAT and applicable taxes unless stated. Saudi VAT applies where required by law.

10) Promotions & Coupons

Promotions and coupons are time-limited, non-transferable, and may have usage limits and exclusions. We may modify or withdraw offers at any time.

11) Prohibited Use

You may not violate laws; reverse-engineer or disrupt the Site; upload malware; perform unauthorized data mining; impersonate others; or publish unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

12) Third-Party Links

Links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or policies.

13) Privacy & Cookies

14) Warranties & Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Operational availability is not guaranteed.

15) Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RJC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the specific order/rental giving rise to the claim.

16) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RJC harmless from claims, damages, penalties, and costs arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of equipment, or violation of law or third-party rights.

17) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, government action, war, strikes, network outages).

18) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or cancel bookings for breach or risk. Your payment obligations accrued before termination remain due.

19) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved amicably; failing that, submitted to the competent courts in Al Khobar, KSA.

20) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
